• Prepare Purchase Order (All groups)
• Manage travel arrangements and accommodations (flight ticket, hotel, etc)
• Handle matters regarding Panel Clinic
Handle Medical Claims & Touch 'n Go matters
• Manage Hostel Maintenance matters, requests and reporting
• Prepare First Aid Kit/Extinguisher for Hostel
• Plan, prepare and conduct Hostel inspection and prepare reports.
• Assist for Annual Company Trip management and arrangement
-Plan, prepare, control, monitor annual company trip activities and documentations for all the zone/company.
-Provide sufficient manpower to succeed the annual project.
-Prepare list and plan for company trip t-shirt distribution by zones.
