• Setup New PC and Format Old PC to be disposed
• Troubleshoot User Issues
• Support HQ Users and Warehouse around Balakong Area
• PC & Printer Maintenance
• Handle CSR Projects and Tech Refresh
• Handle and Incoming and Outgoing Staff process i.e change profile/remove or block user access
