We are looking for a dedicated HR  to join our HR team as Recruiter for Promoters in whole Malaysia:-

Job Description:-

•    Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, offline advertisement, etc.

•    Conducting briefing, interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

•    Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

•    Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

•    Providing recruitment reports to managers.

•    Conducting Training for existing & new employee

•    Monitoring employee's performance & Disciplinary, Benefits and Compensation

•    Handle staff welfare & HR administrative task

•    Handling work permits and licensing

Job Requirement:-

•    Minimum 2 year working experience as HR Executive with proven track record

•    Has experience in recruitment process & databases

•    Experienced of handing HRD Claims

•    Knowledge of Employment Law and Sabah Labor Ordinance

•    Bachelor Degree in Human Resource

•    Good Interpersonal skills

•    Able to work 6 day a week

•    Preferably to starts immediately
