We are looking for a dedicated HR to join our HR team in handling daily HR operations and payroll.
Job Descriptions:-
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, offline advertisement, etc.
• Conducting briefing, interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Preparing & processing monthly payroll for full time or part time promoter
• Providing recruitment reports to managers.
• Conducting Training for existing & new employee
• HR Administrative Task
• Monitoring employee's performance & Disciplinary
Job Requirement:-
• Minimum 2 year working experience as HR Officer/Clerk or Payroll Clerk with proven track record
• Has experience in recruitment process & databases
• Must be able to do monthly payroll
• Knowledge of Employment Law
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource
• Good Interpersonal skills
