Job Descriptions:-

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practice.
• Planning event from start to finish according to client's requirement, target audience and objective.
• Prepare suggestions to enhance the event's success.
• Prepare budget and quotations.
• Source & negotiate with vendors and dealers.
• Recruit, train, supervise & leading the staff.
• Approve all aspect before the event started.
• Ensure event is completed smoothly & step up to resolve any problems that might occur.

Job Requirement:-

• Minimum 2 years working experience as an Operation Manager.
• Skilled in project management.
• Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management.
• Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office.
• Outstanding communication & negotiation ability.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• A knack for problem-solving
• Customer service orientation
