Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all administration matters in Head Office and Outlet include but not limited to service agreement, tenancy agreement, fixed asset listing, office & outlet insurance, licensing (include application, renewal, cancellation), company vehicles, corporate telephone lines, office equipment and etc.
  • Responsible to ensure that all preventive maintenance and reactive work order are completed in accordance with company SOP and comply with legal requirements.
  • Responsible for the management and control of company hostel, office facilities, building maintenance include renovation, service and repair, general supplies to office & outlet, and etc.
  • Supervise, monitor and evaluate the service and performance of outsourced service providers include cleaners, security guards, contractors, telco, pest control and etc.
  • Provide support internal & external communication, company events/activities such as annual dinner, team building, CSR, recruitment activities (e.g. career fair), and etc.
  • Any other assignment or task as assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
  • SPM qualification and above
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in office and outlets/branches administration, preferably in retail industry.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, under pressure and to meet tight deadline.
  • Experience in dealing with external service providers, contractors/sub-contractors, government authorities is an added advantage.
  • Mature, hands-on and good problem-solving skill.
