QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- A dynamic team player with strong analytical ability.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Planning & Development:
- Plan and develop marketing strategies for General Practitioners, Chiropractor and Healthcare Network.
- Formulate packages and pricing of the services to potential clientele.
- Organizing CME talks, events and health screening programmes to promote our services. This includes General Practitioners, Chiropractor and Healthcare Network.
- Making courtesy visits and maintain good rapport with new and existing clients.
- Conduct marketing intelligence.
Build and Strengthen Customer Channels:
- Schedule visits to existing and potential Clients, GP, Chiropractor and Healthcare Network.
- Attending and resolving client’s feedbacks and take corrective actions promptly present proposals and quotations, follow-up on credit applications and issue out letter of offer.
- Building rapport with key account personnel to keep them update on hospital services and new consultants.
- Updating clients of our new services and upcoming events through newsletters, e-mails and health talks
- Develop direct working relationship with GP, Chiropractor and Healthcare Network through joint marketing activities.
Event Management:
- Develop value-added services or programmes for key GP, Chiropractor and Healthcare Network clients.
- Arrange health talks, CME, GP Workshop, Symposium and market on-site services if needed.
Report on Customer Information and to Gather Market Information and Knowledge of Customers’ Needs:
- Assist Market Lead to develop marketing and sales goals and objectives.
- Weekly updates on marketing activities eg scheduled visits and follow up actions.
- To gather market information so as to keep the Business Development Manager updated on competitors’ movements and the Company’s position in the market.
- Identify new markets and gather market intelligence on competitiveness on our pricing
