Job Details

Requirements:
- Act as technical adviser on-site for sub-contractors, team members and general workers to deliver quality workmanship
- Day to day management for on-site "ID & build" activities including planning of work schedules, monitoring the sites, the work of sub-contractors and preparing daily reports to Project Manager
- Work closely with our Designers to complete the project on schedule, ensuring all materials used and work performed are within budget and in accordance with the specifications
- Organize weekly progress meetings & provide solutions to resolve site issues

Qualification:
- Strong carpentry skills and ability to understand architecture & interior design construction methods and sequence
- Good communication skills to deal with subcontractors, general workers & clients
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design/Architecture
- 2 years of working experience in ID Project Supervision or related field
