Job Details

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Responsible to monitor the CCTV screens for the purpose of monitoring and detecting incidents and gathering information and evidence.
2. Responsible for effectively and methodologically monitoring and controlling all cameras and taking action as appropriate to events seen.
3. Responsible to maintain thorough records including Incident logs, the Visitors Log Book, the Repair and Maintenance Log Book, and any other designated records within CCTV.
4. Responsible to assist police and any other authorized personnel to review images and download data as required in line with Data Protection and CCTV codes of practice.
5. Responsible to advise GIT as soon as practicable of any faults or failures with any equipment within CCTV.
6. Responsible to complete witness statements and preparing evidence as per procedures.
7. Responsible to keep the Control Room in a clean and tidy condition.
8. Supervise all SGs under your charge. Manage duty roasters, training, discipline, and relate for all SGs under your charge.

Qualifications:-

1. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
2. Strong knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedures.
3. High level of integrity, drive and result oriented.
4. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
5. Must be able to communicate (read and write) in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
6. IT and ISO literate.
