Responsibilities:-

– Responsible to assist the Senior HR Officer to ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
– Responsible to assist the Senior HR Officer to collect, calculate, and data entry in order to maintain and update payroll information.
– Responsible to assist the Senior HR Officer to compile all summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
– Responsible to assist the Senior HR Officer to determine the payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social security taxes, employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.
– Responsible to assist the Senior HR Officer to resolve payroll discrepancies.
– Responsible to assist the Senior HR Officer to maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
– Responsible to assist the Senior HR Officer/Admin in others ad hoc admin and payroll matters.
– Responsible to assist the Senior HR Officer to prepare timely and accurate report when required by the Management.
– Responsible for the smooth admin and payroll functions.

Requirements:-

– Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Degree and/ or equivalent.
– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Knowledge of Mandarin language is an added advantage.
– Exposure to the HR admin and payroll is a prerequisite.
– At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Must be IT / ISO literate.
