- Responsible for the kitchen's daily operations;
- Ensure the kitchen area maintains proper hygiene standards and orderliness;
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the menus and to the established standards;
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned;
- Work with other cook to prepare daily meals;
- Assist in monitoring and recording stock level;
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirement :
- Preferable minimum 1 years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge on kitchen flow, kitchen cleanliness & personal hygiene;
- Possess leadership skills yet a good team player.
