RESTAURANT CREW – KITCHEN @ TOPPEN, JOHOR
Responsibilities:
Preparing food and drinks to the customer.
• To prepare cook, and serve foods efficiently and correctly according to Standard Operating Procedure.
• To do plating before delivering the item to the customer
• To ensure the food arranging based on the ordering number
• To ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area and dishwashing area at all time while carrying out daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• To keep all balance of stock in the fridge or freezer during the closing
• To keep all stock and labelling the date accordingly to maintaining the freshness
• To ensure the product can produce as and when needed
• To ensure the cleanliness of the item used for cooking
• Washing all cooking equipment and cutlery accordingly
• To refill all raw material or food product
• Any ad hoc tasks given by Restaurant Manager or Area Manager
Job Requirements:
• Strong interest and passion in food preparation and serving
• Willing to learn and adapt to changes
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia/English
• School leaver, home maker and retiree (age below 60) are encourage to apply
