JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To assist billing for closing, billing & collection 2. To assist in collecting payment & update system 3. To assist in ownership changes update in database 4. To attend owner request & complaint (All properties) 5. To assist attending owners for all House Moving/ Renovation/ Permit Applications Forms & Log Book control 6. To assist proper filling for billing collection and others ad-hoc arrangement 7. Daily calling assignment 8. Debt collection compilations and update monthly 9. To liaise and monitor overdue accounts to prepare payment proposal/ interest proposal 10. To carry out duties assigned by Management/ HOD from time to time
