JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Customer service and greeting guest. Attend to guests queries. 2.Selling ticket with package. Able to explain in detail of the packages. 3.Able to do up-selling. Keep up-to-date of resort/themepark promotions. 4.Must have basic computer knowledge. 5.Able to work/backup OT if required. 6.Arrange for shuttle service. 7.Other tasks and duties as assigned from time to time.
