ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER (TRAINEE) @ BANDAR UTAMA, PETALING JAYA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee day to day operation and ensuring smooth operation on the restaurant.
• Able to mentor staff to achieve excellent services for outlets and improve profit margin for the organization
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
• Excellent team player and people oriented
• Ability to train and motivate team members
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in work place
• Manage and maintain operational records, include inventory, sales and cash related reports
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in F&B Industry.
• Fresh Graduate with F&B qualification or equivalent with 1 – 2 years’ experience is encouraged to apply.
• Must have Food Handling Certificate
• Must have Typhoid Certificate
• Must be willing to relocate within Malaysia.
• Need to undergo training (5-7 weeks) at one of the training centers located in Klang Valley. Salary will be provided training.
• Hostel will be provided during training or/and work. Only need to share utility bills with other employees who stayed in the same unit.
*Additional incentive RM350-RM700 per month based on monthly outlet's sale performance
