MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT ( JOHOR BAHRU )
Job description:
1) Give responses to all guests in an effective and prompt manner.
2) Give responses to duties involving the groundskeeper
3)Keep all mechanical areas in a neat and orderly condition.
4) Carry out inspection on public areas on a daily basis in case of problems arising unexpectedly.
5) Offer maintenance and repairs to public areas, guest rooms and administrators unexpectedly.

7) Carry out consistent preventive maintenance programs on rooms and regularly updates records on log book / files.
8) Guarantee that projects are all promptly accomplished and in line with appropriate specifications.
9) Work together with the front office manager and housekeeping, and connects with the manager to discuss any aspect of operations which will involve the maintenance department on daily basis.
10) Carry out assessment of requirements for completion of reports, or work orders to the management as stated by standard procedures.
11) Engage in flexible work schedules to be able to perform well during emergencies.
12) Assist in remodeling and construction of new projects as may be required.
13) Must perform task like repairing of various equipment and materials,.
14) Also maintenance of electronics like mini bar, television sets, air conditioners, etc. Must be done regularly.
15) Solving guest complains in time.
16) To check safety equipment like fire alarm, fire extinguisher, etc are in place and are in working condition.
17) Refurbishing of chairs, tables, doors, windows and counters in order to keep it maintained for a long time.
18) Ground maintenance cleaning like cleaning and maintenance of parking lot, garden, or landscaping, swimming pool, etc
