I. Customers Management

  • Look after the customer in front or inside the point of sales from the welcome to the farewell by respecting all the protocols, procedures, service signature and SOP defined by the company and adopting the proper attitude in terms of presentation (uniform, presentation standards, visible and up to date security pass, …), conversation (voice tone and intonation, vocabulary, …) all with a proactive attitude (commercial approach).
  • Introduce and advise on the services and products by recommending the proper service and/or product after achieving a wellness diagnostic in order to identify the customer’s needs, wishes and available time and answer his/her expectations and give him/her satisfaction as well as proposing systematically additional and complementary sales.
  • Deliver a high performance level in treatments (massage, manicures, pedicures, etc …) in accordance with the protocols learned during internal trainings (duration, treatments execution and sanitary criteria) guaranteeing the expected high level of service defined by the company in order to retain customer’s loyalty.
  • Enhance sales by up-selling and promoting services, travel accessories (retail items) to the customers in order to reach the sales objectives for the designated point of sales. Act as the company’s ambassador for potential customers in presenting the products, treatments and services. Advise about the benefits of company offerings (services, retail) using the methods and techniques learned during training.

 

II. Point of Sales Operations Management

  • Ensure the point of sales opening/closing is in accordance with the operational hours (which are subject to change) as determined by the company or airport. Guarantee security and the good operating of the point of sales complying with the protocols set up by the company and the defined rules of the airport authorities.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the spa and equipment on a daily basis complying with the proper application of the protocols defined by the company (for example, proper sanitation of equipment before each client, hygienic common spaces such as the register, floors, counters, shelves, treatment room(s), washing machine, sinks, trash, etc.)
  • Look carefully at the all products and consumables visibility and availability, especially when opening the point of sales where (s)he is assigned, ensuring the transfer procedure and destocking operation is respected and the labelling of the professional cosmetology products has been done (for example: expiry date after opening)
  • Give management feedback on the malfunctions such as defective equipment, cash problem or customer complaint … in order to enhance service quality delivered in the goal of customer retention.
  • Participate in inventories of products and consumables in order to contribute to the good inventory control, deliver the company’s defined and expected quality service by informing management when level is low.
  • Accurate cashier functions (cash handling, register and receipt accuracy to reflect actual services rendered / products purchased / gratuities)
