Outlet Supervisor (Nanyang Chain Restaurant)
Looking for experienced F&B Outlet Supervisor for our chain restaurants with traditional Nanyang concepts (currently 3 outlets with 4th one coming in next month), whose main tasks would include maintaining quality service in all our outlets, establishing SOPs, training of crews, recruitment, franchise/licensing management, and all strategic executions of the group.
We prefer individual with leadership skill, high execution skill and passion in customer service to join. Strong management skill is a plus point too.
You would be reporting directly to directors of the company and chain of command normally is straight forward and there is only one top decision maker so strategic decisions can be resolved quickly most of the time.
We're still expanding and forming a chain of restaurants with few more brands to be developed under our group's management.
We primarily located in heart of Johor Bahru, and have outlets in several locations in Johor.
