Qualifications:
• Diploma in any discipline, preferably IT related.
• 1-2 years working experience as Application Support or without working experience
• Previous experience in customer services is advantageous
• Experience in deploying, optimizing and maintaining software
• Excellent analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in collaboration, communication and presentation
• Great organization and time management.
• Relevant training and/or certification as an Application Support/Emgineer.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin
• Malaysian Only.

• Microsoft Office
• MS SQL
• Accounting / Payroll System
• Windows Operating Systems
Job responsibilities
• Provide clients with technical support as needed and relay information to our development teams for ongoing maintenance and update needs
• Optimize HR applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades
• Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures while improving process flow and re-designing tasks
• Document development processes, procedures and application version histories
• Keep up with advancements in application engineering and new technologies
