Job description
· To provide service to customer, introduction of products, handle customer’s feedback.
· By introduction of product, selling price, method of storage and close deal by collecting amount from customer or end the transaction from any e-payment platforms.
· To inform customer the last event and offer.
· To understand and obey the company rules and regulation and execution.
· To follow the working schedule and show up during duty hour.
· Greet shop customers.
· Keeps the customer area and ice cream counter clean and follows to opening and closing standards.
· Consistently and accurately scoops ice cream while following to rules.
· Maintains the standards of food safety.
· Monitors on the ice cream selection; prepares partials, places partials and new tubs, and stores ice cream-related equipment.
· Daily cleaning of the ice cream counter area, including the glass, collars, and cooler
· On the assigned day of each week, cleans and reassembles the ice cream cooler.
· Restocks and stores ice cream deliveries.
· Responsible for the accuracy of the cash register and POS system.
· Responsible for the appearance of the customer area.
