Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality-related inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their quality expectations, address inquiries, and provide timely updates on resolution progress.
- Follow up on CAR (customer complaint)/CLCA, QCDR (internal quality deviation) & SCAR implementation, effectiveness and closure.
- Ensure all product quality, process quality and system quality to conform with customers’ specifications and internal quality system requirements.
- Perform Quality audits, including the corrective actions and responses following the audits.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of quality performance and improvement plans to customer.
- Guarantee compliance with the QA rules and guidelines
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics or equivalent.)
- Knowledge in handling the preparation of internal and external audit, ISO 9001:2015, 140014
- Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with six-sigma and quality tools
