REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 years working experience in material planning especially for moulding injection production
• Has hands on experience in material handling, planning and inventory reports

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Plan production schedule and material usage
2. Plan manpower to carry out all the activities to meet production schedule
3. Prepare and request material from store
4. Coordinate and explain to line leader / asst. Line leader on products and services to be produced for each machine
5. Attend to mould repair and change spare parts with the absent of maintenance staff
6. Assist technician on mould change
7. Ensure all reports are prepared and data entry are done accordingly
8. Coach & teach the subordinates on the proper way of checking parts & work method
9. To ensure preparation complete (material/ mould / setup) before mass production
10. To attend to robot setup if necessary
11. To assist in senior supervisor / executive’s daily role and duties
12. Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior
