Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process of interns and employees
- Calling candidates for phone-screening
- Assist in managing the onboarding process of new hires
- Prepare personal files for employees
- Key in new hires information a day before their onboarding
- Other ad-hoc tasks requested by supervisor
Requirement
- Candidate must be taking Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration
- Have good communication skills
- Have knowledge in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Internship duration: at least 3 months
- Willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi
