REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 4 years working experience
• Bachelor in Retail Management or relevant degree (Diploma holder is welcome to apply)
• Cheerful, proactive and can work with a team•
• Able to work on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays – off days will be scheduled accordingly
• Working hours from 10AM – 7PM

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, understanding customers' needs and wants
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store that is sufficient for daily sales and ensure stock quantity tallies with inventory system
• Able to accurately explain product features and benefits to consumers
• Recommend and display items that matches customers' needs
• Attend to Facebook and Instagram enquiry and arrange client's visitation in the outlet.
• Actively involved in the receiving of new products and orders
• Maintain retail shop cleanliness and ensure product placement in the store is displayed according to Company's standards
