Job Position- ROAD OPERATION ATTENDANT ( PAHANG)
Job Description
- Assist to support day to day road charge operation
- Attend customer enquiries when required
- Monitor the road charge operation systems and CCTV systems, and coordinate appropriate responses to alerts in accordance with procedures
- Manage and respond to emergency, incident and security enquiries in accordance with the incident management protocols
- Ensure the proper administration of the Control Room and all reported incidents are duly recorded and immediate action taken within the shift period
