Job Position – CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE ( SELANGOR )

Job Description

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to hardware and software applications
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Document all customer inquiries using available tracking systems (e.g., CRM)

Requirement 

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle models is preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help over emails / chats / calls
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • IT application support and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with diploma/degree in IT related studies, basic SQL scripting skills, and advanced SQL scripting skills will be given preference.
