Officer, Recruitment (HR) – 3 month contract
Summary of Role
To support SSC recruitment on closing the gap to hire for Non-Executive (job advertisement, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement & selection, hiring till onboarding) and provide administrative support (hiring documents compilation, benefit requests, new employee alert, prepare payment request / purchase request, personal file etc..).
Responsibilities:
1. Assist SSC recruitment in hiring for Non-Executive (job advertisement, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement & selection, hiring till onboarding).
2. To identify and generate talent through networking and creative sourcing methods.
3. To participate in recruitment activities, events as and when required.
4. To handle administrative duties e.g., hiring documents compilation, benefit requests, new employee alert, prepare payment request / purchase request, personal file etc.
5. To handle all new hire documents and handover personal file to payroll department upon joining.
6. To perform any other work as and when required.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 years' experience in recruitment.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. Good communication skills in English & Malay.
4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
