– Responsible for cashiering duties
– Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
– Maximize sales and profitability through professional handling of promotional sales transactions
– Maintain cash transactions accurately according to SOP and keep proper records of operations
– Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers
– Ensure outlet, display, merchandising cleanliness
– Any other adhoc duties as per assigned
Supervisor/Retail Management Trainee
– Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)
– Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)
– To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
– Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth
– Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation
– Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer
– Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
– Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
