~ Creative Marketing Designer ~
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Designer to join our dynamic marketing team in the exciting and thriving sports industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for all digital and print channels, ensuring a consistent brand image throughout all materials. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your design skills and bring your passion for sports to life through your work. With a strong background in design and experience in creating marketing materials for both digital and print channels, you will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within brand guidelines to create designs that are both engaging and effective. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite are required, as well as experience in working with a team to deliver projects on time and to budget. Responsibilities
Creative Content Development:
- Develop engaging visual and multimedia content (graphics, photography, videography) for social media posts, ads, website product pages, and brand campaigns.
- Marketing Initiatives and Campaigns:
- Be involved in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist in event management and social media postings.
- Photography and Videography:
- Assist and lead photo and video shoots for campaigns.
Brand Management:
- Plan and build creative content for our brands in collaboration with marketing personnel, including graphic design and content creation for digital channels.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure consistency in brand image and messaging.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Create briefs and notes between departments for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts.
- In addition to the primary responsibilities outlined above, the ideal candidate will possess the following secondary skills, which are not a requirement, but will be considered a bonus: Photography and videography:
- Skilled in utilizing advanced photography and videography techniques and equipment to create visually striking and impactful content.
Events management:
- Experience in planning and executing events, including social media promotion and management.
- Social media management:
- Knowledge of best practices and strategies for social media management, including content creation and community engagement.
Web development:
- Familiarity with web development tools and technologies to optimize website design and functionality.
- Climb experience and Interest in sports-related fields
Job Requirements:
Portfolio of creative works:
- Candidates should have a portfolio of their previous creative work to showcase their skills and experience. Portfolio from your school and academic projects will also be considered.
Training:
- Candidates should be willing to participate in comprehensive training that includes an overview of all aspects of the business, including floor operations in a climbing gym.
Shift work:
- Candidates may be required to perform shift work once or twice a month.
