Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answers all incoming calls through the PABX switchboard.Handle all guest requests
- Process Wake Up calls
- Process Messages for Guests
- Disperse Incoming Faxes with Accuracy Process F&B reservations and restaurant enquiries
- Generate Room Service OrdersReport fault to Vendors to maintain our in-house system (NGB/STARHUB/NEC/SINGTEL)
- Maintain and keep record of all Equipment and phones
