Roles & Responsibilities
GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER
You will provide total guest support. Responsible for welcoming and checking in and out of guests to the Hotel; managing guest enquiries and providing information of Hotel to guests whenever applicable. Act as key liaison between the customers and the Hotel in delivering total customer satisfactions.
Pre-requisites
– Minimum 1 year customer service expereince
– Attentive to details. Service oriented and a team player
– Conversant in written and spoken English
– Proficient in OPERA will be added advantage
