Roles & Responsibilities:
- Regular duty (9am – 5pm or Follow the duty roaster)
- Working days will be 6 days a week with rotating off day.
- Follow instruction from DOE / ACE / Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Officer / Maintenance coordinator.
- To attend Guest room defects after receiving call or Paging system from duty personnel or above peoples.
- Update upon completion or inform Maintenance Coordinator / Maintenance Manger if need to follow up with respective trade, if it will take long time or major generously.
- Coordinate with respective trade colleagues for the works.
- Assist on Preventive Maintenance works whenever required.
- High light to follow up if unable to do during the shift.
- Report to ACE / Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Officer / Maintenance Coordinator.
