Roles & Responsibilities
Roles of Receptionist
– To ensure that the amenities in the room are sufficiently supplied for the convenience and comfort
– Offers all possible assistance to guests, performs Service Recovery when necessary
– Familiar with and carries out the policies and procedures established by Hotel YAN and Government's Safety Management Measures
– Answer all incoming calls promptly and pleasantly and ensure that the appropriate connection is made
– Perform all tasks assigned according to established standards and procedures: take messages upon request, handle guests check-in /check-out and calls, maintain equipment and facilities; report any maintenance problems to engineers on duty
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or the Management
Requirements
– Singaporean/PR preferred
– Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
– Ability to use organisation's current computer system
– Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment
