Role Description:

This position plays a pivotal role by combining plumbing expertise with sales acumen. In this position, the primary responsibility is to engage with clients, understand their plumbing needs, and recommend customized solutions from the company's service offerings.

This role involves building trust and rapport, delivering persuasive sales pitch, and achieving customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, technical plumbing knowledge, and the ability to provide expert advice are essential for success in this position.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Utilize plumbing knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues, while also providing expert advice to clients.
• Deliver persuasive sales, emphasizing the value of plumbing services and products to clients.
• Offer installation and upgrade solutions, ensuring they align with client needs and industry standards.
• Provide maintenance suggestions to prevent future plumbing problems, showcasing the company's commitment to long-term customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and codes, and effectively close sales by addressing client needs with transparency and professionalism.
• Promote sales of water saving fittings.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

• Pipe Installation and Repair: Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of pipes, including copper, PVC, and PEX.
• Fixture Installation: Skill in installing and replacing plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, faucets, toilets, and showers.
• Pipe Inspection and Testing: Knowledge of using inspection tools to identify leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues, and the ability to conduct pressure and flow tests.
• Pipes and Fittings Joint Method: (a) Compression joint, (b) Press fit joint, (c) Solvent cement joints.
• Plumbing Codes and Regulations: Familiarity with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards to ensure compliance in all plumbing work.
