Responsibilities/Objectives:
 Responsible for ensuring machine produce high quality products according to standard, machine run smoothly and at capacity and machine properly maintained.
 Set-up machine for operation, operate machine and equipment according to instructions.
 Preparing raw material and finish goods according to instruction.
 Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
 Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment setting.
 Ensure all technical/ machine parameter are followed and according to standard or instruction.
 Assist Lead on training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.
 Comply with all safety and health regulations.
 Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area.
 Assist paperwork for quality, maintenance and production control, follow reporting and record keeping procedures and report problem to HOD.
 Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:
• Possess own vehicle.
• Malaysia recognised Polytechnic/Institution certification, Diploma and above.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM with English and Mathematic Subjects scored C (Memuaskan) and above with 5 years machine operating experience in manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience.
• Able to operate a lift truck is an added advantage.
• Understanding of production and plant processes.
• Understanding a SPC, CRM and ERP system is an added advantage.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and ability to speak and understand English well.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Gelang Patah.(SILC)
