Roles & Responsibilities

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:

 

  • To manage and maintain stock levels of guest supplies, cleaning supplies and attend to guest requests.
  • To be responsible for keys and walkie talkie assigned
  • To do monthly stock take of the guest supplies and cleaning supplies.
  • To report any stock levels that are running low.
  • To ensure all expiry dates are monitored and stocks are used on a first-in- first out basis.
  • To clean and follow WSH rules for stocking the linen room.
  • To maintain the chemical dispenser and restock as necessary.
  • To manage the extra bed and baby cot inventory and place prior to arrival.
  • To ensure any guest request received is acknowledged and completed .
  • Report any defects to the manager on duty.
  • Ensure soiled linen is collected from all floors and sorted in the linen room.
  • To collect and send all used crockery and cutlery for washing and replenishing them on the floors.
  • Replenish apples bowl on the executive floor corridors.
  • To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.
