Job scope
– Communicate very effectively with the customer and gather all possible information about the customer’s needs. Question effectively and listen patiently to garner all the details about the inquiry/problem.
– Handle incoming/outgoing calls, website inquiries & Live Chat using standard processes to respond to enquiries/complaints raised by customer with regards to project-related questions/booking.

2 days Off (Off-day & Rest Day as per schedule)
