Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Support Executive and Manger to ensure timely renewal of contracts.
  • Ensure information in the Maintenance database is up-to-date.
  • Assist Executive and Manager to ensure preventive maintenance is performed according to stipulated schedule.
  • Ensure service providers discharge their duties according to the terms and conditions of the service contracts.
  • Ensure all the servicing done are captured in the maintenance database.
  • Support Transport requests by utilizing driver’s time slots.
  • Ensure all transport requests are entered into Optimo Route App.
  • Ensure sufficient amount in the cash card to support every trip.
  • Prepare vehicle for inspection prior to renewal of road tax.
  • Timely renewal of insurance policy and road tax for vehicles.
  • Arrange for necessary inspection prior to renewal of license / certificate for relevant equipment and system.
  • All licenses / certificates to renewal before expiry.
  • Ensure License / Certificate database is up-to-date.
  • Work with Maintenance Team to housekeep maintenance bay fortnightly.
  • Raise appropriate form to seek approval before disposal of condemned items.
  • Arrange for Recyclable contractor to remove approved condemned items from site within stipulated time frame.
  • Perform proper and timely filing in hardcopies and deposit in departmental cupboards and or softcopy in departmental Shared folder.
  • Help Executive and Manager to source quotations for works / goods and award accordingly.
  • Ensure goods deliver within stipulated timeline and tally with orders in terms of quantity and quality.
  • Support the department’s administrative needs.
  • Cover Reception counter in the absence of the Receptionist.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Senior Manager or Head of Centre (HOC).

Requirements

  • Minimum “N” or “O” Level qualification
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experiences. Possesses healthcare working experience will be advantage.
  • IT savvy; familiar with MS Office suite and able to engage various stakeholders etc.
  • A team player.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
