We are urgently looking for Customer Service:

  • Manage stock order administration and oversee all aspects of the order handling process, facilitating the dispatch of stock.
  • Interpret customer requirements and translate them into actionable fulfillment processes.
  • Provide proactive updates on order status to relevant stakeholders, particularly for delays or critical stocks.
  • Assist in coordinating and preparing reports on operational matters and participate in customer meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate within a team to achieve overall objectives and share essential information with team members, especially planning officers, to enhance forecasting and prevent future critical situations.
  • Comply and exemplify all operational standards
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned in order to accomplish the organisation’s objectives and business plan.
  • Deliver high-quality responses to customer and internal requests.

Working hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays) & 8.30am to 12.30am (Saturdays).
