Job Scope :
• Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.
• Brewing coffee or tea and serve the drinks to customers.
• Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
• Able to explain all Tealive or Bask Bear Coffee products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Tealive products at all times.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils
- Assist the head chef in cooking items from the menu by following standard recipes
- Prepare ingredients such as meats and vegetables that need to be used for food preparation purpose.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
• May work special events, as needed.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday .
