Roles & Responsibilities
Working Hours (Shift Work):
5.5-Day Working Week (7am-3pm/ 3pm-11pm/ 11pm-7am)
Responsibilities:
The electrical maintenance personnel support electrical installations by means of improvement and maintenance to fulfil designed specifications and integrity, and focus on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability.
The responsibilities include below, but not limited to those:
- Executing electrical preventive maintenance to maintain and sustain the food production equipment, facilities and electrical system.
- Supporting Engineers in setting up of the new equipment & systems and transfer equipment for new projects.
- Troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing equipment and electrical / electronic systems.
- Preventing fire and ensuring safety of personnel and equipment and preventing any incidents and accidents from possible electrical hazards.
- Implementing projects to improve energy efficiency for all of systems.
- Maintaining proper records for works of repairs, maintenances and projects.
- Exhibiting good work discipline and housekeeping habits, and adhering to all safety regulation and house rules at all times.
Pre-requisites:
- Minimum NiTEC in Electrical Engineering / Power & Energy engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing environment with handling machine repair and troubleshooting inclusive of preventive maintenance.
- Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) is preferred but not a must.
- Mature, responsible and committed.
- Positive working attitude and with initiative.
- Independent and hardworking.
- Good team player.
- Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
