Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Basic Accounting:

  • Formulate financial reports and statements.
  • Process invoice, receipt, delivery orders and manage account receivables.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions

Documentation and Filing:

  • Prepare, edit, and proofread various documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Implement and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital.

Communication and Correspondence:

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, handling phone calls, messages, emails, and inquiries.

Inventory Management:

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing office supplies, equipment, and other necessary items.
  • Monitor and maintain office inventory levels.

Ad-hoc Support:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting or related field preferred.
