Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Day-to-day administrative operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Basic Accounting:
- Formulate financial reports and statements.
- Process invoice, receipt, delivery orders and manage account receivables.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions
Documentation and Filing:
- Prepare, edit, and proofread various documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Implement and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, handling phone calls, messages, emails, and inquiries.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing office supplies, equipment, and other necessary items.
- Monitor and maintain office inventory levels.
Ad-hoc Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting or related field preferred.
