We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales and marketing department in various tasks to drive business growth. The Sales & Marketing Assistant will support the team in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role. This is an outdoor interactive job position
Responsibilities:
– Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations to potential customers
– Provides face to face marketing techniques by creating brand awareness on client's behalf
– Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
– Assist in organizing and attending sales and marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions
Requirements:
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
– Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to take initiative
– Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
– 18 years old and above
– Proficient in pitching and selling products or services
– Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
– Malaysian and Malaysian Permanent Residence only
– Must be able to work on-site in Selangor, Malaysia
