Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, service, repair and setup of equipment, plant facilities and building installations.
- Support rotating duties which include:-
– Daily operation of ammonia refrigeration plants and attend to schedule major and minor servicing.
– Daily operation of steam boilers and attend to scheduled maintenance and inspection.
– Daily duties in equipment setup and tuning, preventive maintenance, trouble-shooting and repairs.
– Daily duties in building and facilities maintenance, repairs and replacement, minor installation works and
servicing.
- Experience in kitchen equipment / Electrical / Air Con service industry related preferred.
- Provide daily operation support and update daily report.
- Work as a team to ensure 100% operational readiness of plants and facilities.
Key Requirements
- NITEC or equivalent in engineering fields – electrical, electronic, mechanical, marine.
- Additional technical qualifications will be advantages such as boiler man CL 2; electrical worker, air-con, refrigeration.
- Able to work shifts and commit to overtime on weekdays and weekends when required.
- Work experience in food factories and understanding of kitchen equipment and operation.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas – Food industry; refrigeration systems, manufacturing/processing equipment, facility maintenance.
- Self-motivated, keen learner, good initiatives, team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
