Role of Service Crew:
- Warmly welcome and greet our customers to the café / bistro
- Will learn to possess good product knowledge and be well-versed in all our menu items served in the café / bistro
- Confidently present the menu and propose / upsell different food & beverage choices to our customers
- Place orders through the point-of-sale (POS) system and help serve orders to the tables accurately
- Assist in clearing and resetting of tables according to hygiene standards and requirements
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the service station
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management relating to the service and cleanliness of the café / bistro

- Specialist Promotion to Barista –> Senior Barista –> Head Barista, OR
- Specialist Promotion to Bartender –> Senior Bartender –> Head Bartender, OR

- Capable of providing excellent customer service with a can-do attitude
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays (5-day roster)
