Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Customer Service Executive, the Customer Service Assistance’s main responsibility is to handle the billing processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform billing administration and customer service function
  • Ensure invoices are in order and billed correctly
  • Verification of proof of delivery documents
  • Basic administrative duties include filing, scanning, or copying
  • Attend to inquiries from customers

Competencies

  • Self-starter, positive working attitude, and good team player
  • Able to work independently and handle high volume work under a tight deadline
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese for effective communication with our Mandarin-speaking associates

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE "O" Level
  • At least 1 year of related working experience in billing-related functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Excel & Words
  • Availability on short notice preferred

The position will be based at Lim Chu Kang.

Company transport is provided at Kranji MRT Station.
