Description:
Our team is expanding! We are looking for new team members to support our backend operations in our culinary studio called Pots & Pans Culinary Studio at Orchard Road!
Responsibilities:
– Packing Food Products: Accurately and efficiently pack finished food items into designated containers or packaging, following standard operating procedures to maintain product consistency and quality.
– Quality Assurance: Inspect each packed product for any defects, damages, or inconsistencies, ensuring that only products meeting our quality standards are packed for distribution.
– Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene and safety guidelines during the packing process to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, preventing contamination and ensuring the safety of our products.
– Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
– Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including training staff, supervisors, and quality control personnel, to ensure a seamless and efficient production process.
– Packaging and Labeling: Properly label packed products with accurate information, including expiration dates, batch numbers, and allergen warnings.
– Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular checks on packing equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team promptly.
– Adherence to Regulations: Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and company policies at all times.
