Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations. Basic data entry, updated inventory data, stock check, packing, coordinating delivery and shipping.
  • To assist with retail operations such as stock transfers and receipts, and other back-end admin assistance required in the retail store.
  • Handling day-to-day transactions and client queries on billing and/or accounts.
  • Act as a liaison between department store and staff, about tracking and scheduling of stock ordering and deliveries
  • To perform administrative work such as data entry, updating records, basic reporting, inventory/ stock check, etc
  • To coordinate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders via WhatsApp chat group
  • To plan, schedule, and assist with finance department with logistics arrangement
  • Communicate and liaise with various internal and external parties of incoming and outgoing shipments/orders.
  • Responsible for day-to-day customer service support; including sales order entry, invoicing, and making sure that deliveries have been made
  • Check and verify on the daily sales statement
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Assist in tracking daily orders, ensuring that there are no missing orders.
  • Coordinate with Retail / Boutiques outlets. Analyze retailer sales performance and prepare reports accordingly
