Roles & Responsibilities

He/ She ensures the provision of a professional and efficient hotel telephone service as well as day-to-day supervision, direction and leadership of the Service Centre team in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established. Ensures that the telecommunications systems of the hotel are well maintained and guest/internal user communication handled professionally and effectively.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in a supervisory or management Front Office position in a 200+ room, four/five star international hotel or in a supervisory/management position in a Call Centre or large, high traffic switchboard.
  • Front Office PMS experience
