Job Title: Management Trainee
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our company as a Management Trainee. The candidate will undergo an intensive training program to develop the necessary skills and knowledge required for a successful career in management. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited work experience to kickstart their professional journey.
Responsibilities:
– To Handle customer enquiries, follow up sample and order processing
– Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and best practices to develop a solid understanding of business operations.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
– Develop and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
– Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
– Utilize effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
– Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
– Utilize computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
– Assist in team management activities, including coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
– Display leadership qualities by taking initiative, demonstrating problem-solving skills, and contributing to team success.
Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and Chinese input
– Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to take initiative.
– Hardworking, detailed oriented, outgoing and able to work independently
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
